By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

^{GENERAL TERMS}
_{I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time. I will reject any request that I feel uncomfortable with; I will communicate with you that I feel this way so you can either change your request or continue with a different artist.}
^PAYMENT
_{Payment will be requested through PayPal.
I will request 50% of the payment be paid before the sketch and the remaining balance after the sketch is finished.
I will NOT continue with the art piece(s) until the outstanding balance is paid.}
^PROCESS
_{Once the customer has decided what they want (sketch/color/etc) I will collect the art references.
I will need the following for reference:
A clean, unshaded piece of the character(s); you may watermark the piece, BUT please make sure I can still color pick the piece in the event you chose color.
What kind of pose; in the event you do not know what pose, you want tell me about the character(s)! Their likes/dislikes, personality, something to help me choose a pose.
What expression you want the character(s) to be displaying.}
^{CUSTOMER SATISFACTION}
_{To make sure that you are happy with the piece, I will be providing WIPs frequently; from the basic sketch/pose to adding your character into the pose, you will be able to approve or deny EVERY STEP.
At the end of the process if you need something small changed, there will be no fee; but if you decide the character needs a major change (hair/outfit/bodytype) there will be an extra charge; the additional charge will be a minimum of 25% of the price of the piece; this can vary on the amount of changes}
^{COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY}
_{I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.}
^{PROHIBITED ACTIONS}
_{Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand; with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
Use of my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
Claiming the artwork as your own.}
^{CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY}
_{If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. The rough basis for refunds is as follows;
Sketch: 90%
Line: 50%
Line and Flat Color: 0%
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.}
